How does the credit dropdown work?
On Pro and Business, pick the monthly volume that fits your needs: 500 to 5,000 credits on Pro, 10,000 to 50,000 on Business. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately and are pro-rated.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can buy on-demand credit top-ups at any time without changing your plan, or upgrade to a higher volume tier.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Unused credits roll over, up to 2x the credits in your plan. For example, with 10,000 credits per month, you can hold up to 20,000 credits.
How many users are included?
Pro includes 1 user. Business and Enterprise include unlimited users, so your whole team can work together at no extra cost.
Do you offer custom volumes?
Yes. If you need more than 50,000 credits per month, the Enterprise plan offers custom volume, usage reporting, custom integrations, a security review with MSA and SLA, and invoicing with purchase orders.
What is Expert consulting?
